Hello Tom,

Could you test some patches?
Comment 2 Tom D. 2009-06-13 17:06:56 UTC
Hi Tulio Magno Quites Machado Filho,

Sure I can, but I have concerns about my hardware. Is it safe ?

Ohh, and I can say there was some progress in 2.6.30-rc8.
Led is "blinking" - on system boot seq the led is on and when X is loaded led is off again. In 2.6.28-13 and older kernels the led is flashed on short time and "play dead" too the end.
Ohh, in my position Asus have bluetooth and wlan in one killswitch/Fn+F2 key. So this is bigger problem.

Regards,
Tom D.

Is this still an issue w/ 2.6.33 kernels?

Stupid mistake... asus-laptop has led control. Little script linking ath5k and asus-laptop and its done.
