Don't panic while initilizing

Looks like the interrupt handler run before the device is fully initialized.

at boot time no problems kernel 2.6.25.6-55.fc9

yes but i had problems with compile. after last kernel update here no more crash on startup.

which kernel i should try? seems fedora 12 still crash.

It went in very recently so should make the next kernel release
